Pearson and Panama Bilingue Program organized last September 20, the Expo Science 2019 titled “500 Years of Engineering evolution” where 14 elementary schools from San Miguelito and Panama Norte of the Panama Bilingue Program participated and showed all the projects that students, parents and Science teachers developed applying disciplines of engineering to celebrate the 500 years of foundation of Panama City.
Luz Lopez - Academic coordinator of Gabriel Lewis Association, Gladys Bernett - Projects Director of South Florida University and Isabel Cubilla – Director of the Foreign Languages MEDUCA were the members of the jury in charge of choosing which project deserve to be the number one, so the task was not easy, but at the end they chose the places:
The First Place was Nicolle Garay Bilingual School from Panama Norte Region
The Second Place was Grecia Bilingual School from Panama Norte Region
The Third Place was Estado de Israel Bilingual School from San Miguelito Region.
